We roll out first thing in the morning to meet up with our fellow Corvette couples (from all over Louisiana).
We'll be headed to the Texas Wine and Hill Country, spending several days and stopping at vineyards along the way.
We'll also be stopping in Luckenbach, Natural Bridge Caverns, Beautiful Fredericksburg, Leakey and Hunt.
I'll have my camera in hand and even though the vette only seats two, you know I'm taking you with me anyway!!!!
Buckle up 'cause as soon as the house sitter arrives tomorrow...

Oh...you are gonna be in my neck of the woods...Natural Bridge Caverns is only 15 min's away from me! We have been having great weather...Enjoy you time with your Hubby!

Have fun! I grew up in a family that belonged to a Corvette club. That is so funny. My dad collected them. We had all kinds from muscle cars (1970, 1972) to a Pace car that still had plastic on the seats and was always on a trailer. We had several others too. This spoiled girl even got one for high school graduation. I spent many a Saturday cleaning cars at car shows for my dad to compete. I think that is where the art bug started...cleaning brake pedals with a Qtip! lol Enjoy your weekend. Sounds wonderful!
Ahhh...hitting the open road with the top down. Nothing but wind in your hair and bugs in your teeth...'cause I know you're gonna have a big ol' smile on your face seeing nothin' but the hiway! (I almost said something else, but thought better of it!) Have a fun time.

Hey Jodie! You had a giveaway. How fun. Pepper jelly! Yummo! There was a time when it couldn't be found here but I saw they had some in the grocery store made by Tabasco. Very expensive, but worth it at least for a party or the holidays. Girl! I can't believe you are off on another road trip. And to wine country! Wine is one of my most favorite things ever.
