Still Begging ;)

Okay now, I need a favor...A VERY BIG ONE!

DSC_0023 (2)

Do you have any connections with the "Big Fat Guy" dressed in a red suit?

DSC_0022 (2)

um hum...that's right. That's what I want to know because...

My begging is not working.

My sweet talking is not working.

Even my sweet eyes are not working!!

What's up with that Santa?

I still have fur from the top of his boots under my fingernails as I was dragged off of his lap last weekend.

DSC_0024 (2)

I am done with the begging and I am resorting to evil thoughts of bribery...

(please forgive me but I'm in a desperate state!)

DSC_0028 (2)

I'm still reeling over last Saturday night's loss of my beloved Saints to the neighboring Cowgirls Cowboys. sniff. sniff. The Saints played like sissies...how could they upset me like this?

I have been a VERY good girl.

I try to make you laugh.

I post my best and prettiest pictures and I even sing silly jingles!

GAH!

Why me?

DSC_0026 (2)

Therefore...If you have any connections with the Fat Guy, please help me because I'm obviously the low number in his sleigh!!!!  ;)

Let me know soon as the "Fast Holiday Loan" office around the corner will be closing today at 5pm sharp! I'm one desperate Saints Fan here!!! guys...if you have ANY connections in helping me out...I'll owe you my life!  ;)

One more thing...

Don't forget to pray for me before you eat your Christmas Dinner!!!!

Promise????

thank you ;)

Merry Christmas to you my friends!!!

You are so funny. I'll have you know - all the Chargers fans in this house and all of our guests were cheering them on from here. But . . . to no avail! I even sang everyone your song!!! :)
OK, I'll try to put in my two cents to the fat man, but . . . no guarantees from me. :)
Well, tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Wow!
I work today, head to the market tomorrow for the final time, and on the 26th, it all starts coming down and on the 28th head out to join the family who leave for Glamis on the 26th. WHEW!

But at least Justin's 21st Bday is done. He headed down to San Diego last night with his buddie Brandon; my son Brandon and my nephew Steve forked out for 2 hotel rooms on the beach and they parked the cars, took today off work and proceeded to get safely plastered. UGH! Shudder. Yuck.
Kids. Although, I dunno, now 21 and 24 - they are my kids, but they are certainly not kids any more.

I'm rambling. gotta get to work.
Have a wonderful Christmas Dear Friend. Be safe!
Big hugs! Love ya tons. Karen

I'm sorry about the loss to your beloved Saints :-(
The big guy in the red suit was just testing them...making them stronger for the game that really counts...the Super Bowl. Have faith in Santa, he knows what he's doing :-) And he knows you've been a very good girl.
May all of your (other) wishes come true this holiday season.

You are merely confused. AND you have way too many friends in Texas to help you out with the big guy on this one. You are in need of converting. That is all there is to it. Come on over to the Cowboy's side. And Merry Christmas! ~Mindy

Well, since my Niner's are out of playoff contention, I'll throw my support to your Saints! Not that I have any pull, mind you. How about if I leave extra cookies and milk out tomorrow night, will that help?!
Sharon and Miss Gracie :-)
(oh no, Miss Gracie says she might be lapping up that milk before the big guy gets here, but I'll tuck her in my bed just in case!)

Well...I was out and about here in bloggie land and I'm not at all sure HOW I got here...but I got here...and I love it! LOL...perhaps "naughty" gals flock together...
Well I have no true connection with Santa...except when I put on my Ms. Claus costume and pretend to be his wife (ok the neigbor kids believe I am married to him) BUT I can say a prayer for you at Christmas dinner...AND you need not owe me your life(too cute) although I hope you don't mind that I stop in and visit you once in awhile....as your bloggie home seems most inspiring!
Wish I really could help you with your dear SAINTS...but I am a Bears Fan ( gulp for admitting it to the world here) and usually if one is a Bears fan they too sport a faded Cubs jersey...which would lead me to say...maybe next year.
Well I have rambled here on your bloggie enough...tis time to just say...glad we met...I'll stop in again...Merriest of everything to YOU!

Well, I must confess...The Cowboys win was a wonderful Christmas present here in Texas. I thought Santa was smiling on us...you know, he is a Cowboy fan! Trust me, no one was more shocked than me. Our fate is still unknown, at least yours is locked up. Good Luck. Oh, and Merry Christmas and I hope Santa brings you everything you want...except a Cowboy loss.

Hello there Jodie! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas celebration. Congrats on your iphone. I was just visiting Sharon and saw your post. I am so technologically challenged. Got a new printer with scanner for Christmas and am hoping the 14 year old son can figure it all out for me. He loaded music to my ipod over the holiday so I have new tunes when I walk. Anywho -- I don't know much about football. Would have to ask my kids what the stats are right now but they are in bed. Sam is a Steelers fan but since they haven't done so well, he's switched to watching soccer for this season. Hope that you are having a most wonderful day! Happy holiday blessings to you and yours, Tammy

Hey girl,

You are too funny! I hope you and your family had a great Christmas. Rumor has it, you got an I-phone....yeah for you!

A Fanciful Life said...

OMG!!!! Squeels of delight here! (I think I spelled that wrong, but you probably know what I mean...). You are going to LOVE that iPhone!!! Can you tell I'm excited for you? And yes, you WILL sleep with it, I guarantee you. I left mine at home for the first time today and felt NAKED without it! It's not just a phone, it's email, web surfing, video (!), camera and oh my, the apps!!! Wait till you see all the cool apps (I recommend Flixter, Google, Facebook and the Weather Channel. Plus, there are a whole lot of photography apps which you MUST get to zoom in, edit and do cool things with the photos (not that I've done much other than zoom at this point... :-0 ). Oh, and I just heard of a new one that if both iPhone users have it, you can see live video of each other. How cool is that?! I am just SO excited for you, I can't contain myself! Who knew you would join us? And I've still been planning on getting a netbook too (you know you were my inspiration for that). Wow, wow, wow.... don't wait until the new year, go NOW, direct to your Apple store! So excited.... (major happy face here). What a Christmas... the boys, I mean Santa must have had you #1 on the Nice list this year!

Happy holidays!
Your blogging AND iPhone buddy,
Sharon (and Miss Gracie too!)
