I've heard you can be quite the little tease...didn't believe it until now!
FYI...I'm planning a trip back to Cajun country after the end of the year. I'll be coming your way and I'm going to share my germs with you and a glass of liquid medicine...or two!

Hi Jodie, I'm catching up on some of your last posts tonight and it looks like Silver Bella was a lot of fun. I've seen some of the goings on on a couple of other blogs too. It's been fun to see some photos of people I've only read on their blogs.
I've even seen your pretty self on a blog. That was a treat!
Hugs,
June

Miss Jodie!! I miss you too! How can I tell you how wonderful it was to finally meet you in person and spend time with you at Silver Bella? Yes, you must come to California some day and play with me... (even though we don't have your outrageous bargain prices on wonderful, aged goods. Oh, and I promise to hide the glitter, too!). I'm enjoying all of your Silver Bella posts - I envy all your wonderful photographs and the memories they are bringing back. I can't wait to see your Holiday Fabric Fat book; I saw some of another one that night and it was totally different than mine. Isn't it just yummy? Sadness... I did not get one of your pages in mine. :-( That's okay, I still have plenty of "Jodieness" to remember you by!

Big hugs and furry kisses,
Sharon and Miss Gracie, too

Of course, you are forgiven. There are just so many hours in a day. One of my best friends has your maiden name. They are from the Boyce area. Now, I am off to the party. Who knows, I might find out something about my name except most people just say, "plain jane," which I am definitely not. Now, my middle name is usually a secret, but if I find out a wonderful meaning to it, then I will tell it from the highest place in town which is more than likely the steeple on the Methodist Church and I don't know how in the heck I can hoist myself up there. Might just have to put it on a sheet of paper and make an airplane out of it and see if I can fly it to the top of the steeple. Is it getting windy in here? :-)
