Birthday MONTH: Day 11

I had NO idea that my last post sounded SO gloomy!

I'm so sorry about that...I am sooooo NOT gloomy!

See? :))))

So, let's get this Birthday MONTH party started today!

I received THREE separate packages from my BFF in Pennsylvania, Sandy of Sew Revived. But of course we'll just open ONE today. Oh I just love making you squirm! haha

Many of you have commented on my willpower. Trust me, it's hard. But I love knowing that every morning I'll wake up and open a gift from a friend or loved one and that just makes my Birthday MONTH so special!!! So enough of the talk...let's open it up!

OH MY GOSH! Sandy! You shouldn't have! I just love it!!!!! Isn't this just the cutest pendant? It's layered so full of silver goodies and I just love the "Free Spirit"...that is so me! And, I had to chuckle when I saw the Pabst Blue Ribbon they still make that anymore? ;)

Oh geez...I don't know which one I love the most! Look at all these beads! I love the mix of gemstones and's beautiful!

**In case you are wondering...I'm in shock at this moment!**

Awe...Sandy knows me so well. Although I love all kinds of jewelry, I still love the vintage and sweet stuff the most! Isn't this little one a doll????

All of the fashion experts are saying that the color purple is "in" this season...and I'm in L-O-V-E with this bracelet. How does she know me so well?

And this is TOO SWEET! Oh I am totally in LOVE with all of these!!! It's amazing how a friend across the states can know me so well! Thank you soooo much shouldn't have! I love it all! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

So while you are drooling and all jealous, I'll just keep flipping through my new book she sent me...

I bet you thought she sent me all of those beautiful goodies huh? NOT!

Those are just a few of the beautiful creations inside this awesome BOOK she sent me!

I hope I had you fooled and you were so jealous of me!!!! hahaha That's payback for you thinking I was gloomy yesterday! ;)

How could I EVER be gloomy during the month of October??? Shame on you for thinking that!

I'm sure June was really thinking that I am bi-polar and Debbie was about to come down to add some purple to my buttocks! I can't have that happen!! It's my Birthday MONTH! :)))

See...I am still my same old silly self (just 11 days older)

And, I was able to make it to the Antique Fair in Washington, LA yesterday. I got a little wet and muddy but it was worth it.

NOTE for the record: The weather was gloomy, but I was NOT!

(geez, I'll never let ya'll live that one down!)

I picked up a few items and took a few photos. I hope to post about it soon. (In between all of the presents I still have to open!)

That looks like a great jewelery book you were given and what inspiring pieces you will be able to make yourself.
