I am tickled PINK & GREEN!

DSC_0037 (2)

I just don't know where to start...maybe I can start by breathing?  I opened my box yesterday and I tell ya, I was breathless! It's taken me 2 (yea two!) days to go through this box, photograph the goodies and rummage through each little beautiful pink and green detail Kelley sent me! Total delight! Try and follow along and if I loose my breath again, just hit me on my back a few times...I'll be okay.

I have Several Warnings Ahead:

There are LOTS of pictures

I use the words pink & green & sweet & cute & precious VERY often

You will see LOTS of exclamation marks!!!!

There will be an INTERMISSION about half way

DSC_0005

Kelley made this beautiful box...it's so personally mine!

DSC_0009 (2)

She has one heck of a printer because the images were so clear, it seemed like I could even smell the flowers!

DSC_0007

This little cutie bird was perched on the upper right corner of my box. It took several shots for me to catch him...

DSC_0006 (2)

When I couldn't focus my camera, that's when I realized I was going into anaphylactic shock!  Just wait my friends, you ain't seen nothing yet!

DSC_0010 (2)

Her kind note was too sweet, I have to show you a close-up...

DSC_0010 (3)

I'm her new friend! Yay! She's just the sweetest. Let's carry on!

Now in this cute little pink and green beaded envelope (which is a piece of paper that she hand folded into an envelope which I will use this as a template to make some more!)...

DSC_0029

she enclosed this sweet little delicately beaded chandelier necklace! Are you jealous yet?

DSC_0032

My heart skipped a beat as I laid my eyes on this...two dish cloths cutely wrapped with one of her gorgeous tea cup moo cards...

DSC_0025

I've always wanted one of these crocheted dish cloths...everyone has one except me...until yesterday!!! Joy! And she makes them! The little embroidered linen one is to die for too!

DSC_0033 (2)

Are you still jealous? Don't be because you can come to my house and wash dishes with this beauty anytime your heart desires! ;)

Well if you don't want to wash dishes, then you are welcome to come create with me anytime with these lovely goodies below!!!!

DSC_0042

Pearls, velvet, seam binding, satin ribbon, polka dots & beaded trim...wait let's read the little card.

She writes " the green velvet ribbon my grandmother used to make one of my Mom's prom dresses :)"

{it's break time...I can't breathe. hit me on my back please}

Can you believe she shared some of  that vintage velvet ribbon with me??? I am so honored!

DSC_0043

You know, I never thought to ask how you are feeling through all of this...are you still breathing? You're mighty quiet...don't say I didn't warn you!

What are all those silk little roses and the cameo you ask? You are alive! Let me tell you...she made me another box! Look how cute!

DSC_0128 (2)

And she autographed the inside with a sweet sentiment of this pink and green swap hosted by the The Gypsy Mermaid.

We are maybe half way done so if you need a break, take a short one but do come back. There are plenty more pretties to show you.

{INTERMISSION}

It's the cutest little pink polka dot manilla folder with my initial...

DSC_0011

I opened it to find some copies from Somerset Life and my swap survey that I had previously filled out. And a precious copy of some vintage ephemera...how did she know I just loved that stuff?

DSC_0127

Isn't this the cutest little porcelain teapot dish? I will cherish this as every time I'll look at it, I'll think of Kelley...it's tea time!

DSC_0045

The details on these precious little spoons...Oh I love love cameos! She certainly has an eye for detail!!!!

DSC_0046 (2)

Oh and I love these sweet little flower paper clips! Too cute!

DSC_0051 (3)

Remember I told you it took me 2 (yea TWO) days to do this post? I was running out of daylight yesterday so please excuse the light. Or in this case, hardly no light...I don't like to use my flash~

Now I said it many times that Kelley is talented...and you've seen the proof above. But as I love EVERYTHING above...I must admit in a secret kind of way that the next item (not up for bid) is my all time favorite...

DSC_0036 (2)

Is this me or what? Kelley embellished the canvas tote with ALL of the things I love...cameos, tassels, beads, pearls & bling! And personalized it with my blog banner and stamped fleur de lis (my favorite symbol being from Louisiana!) all over it!

DSC_0016

And here is the back of it...

DSC_0017

Now I KNOW what bag I'll be using at Silver Bella!!!! Yay!

So here is a wrap up of all my pink and green goodies sent to me by Kelley, my fabulous swap partner & my new friend!

DSC_0051 (2)

Now to get a mental picture of the size of the amount of all these goodies...this is spread out (or shall I say crammed) on my dining room table. For those of you who know me, my dining room table is huge and seats eight. So go figure how much pink & green love Kelley has sent to me! If you haven't stopped by her blog yet...I beg you to. Stop by and tell her how beautiful her things are. She is a wonderful person and I'm sure you will love her as much as I do! Thank you for spending yesterday evening and this morning sharing in my excitement...time flies when you are having fun right?

And this I must say to Kelley...After almost calling 911 at least 5 times, I want to tell you "Thank You" for being such a wonderful swap partner and sending me these fabulous pink and green goodies! I hope I didn't miss anything, but I can assure you that once I do catch my breath, I will certainly sit down with all of this and let it soak in. I am VERY gracious of your generosity! Lots of hugs to you from me!

I will post the pink and green goodies that I sent to Kelley soon as I need to catch my breath and breathe...and get my butt to work, I am soooo late! ;)

I just recovered from passing out over all these wonderful treasures (I didn't have any oxygen so I had to take a sip of wine instead:)! I love cameos too so I am loving those spoons! And that tote-it is the best! Everything is lovely-the ribbon and the tea dish with roses and the boxes, (sorry, needed another sip of wine:) Thanks for sharing the fun-I enjoyed seeing all of the wonderful gifts that Kelley sent you:)

Blessings,

Kim

Lord help! I had to stop and take a potty break. I WANT to be her friend too. I'm tickled pink for you, but I'm green with envy at all the wonderful things she sent you especially the handcrafted items. Such a lovely package and the presentation...Wow! If you pass out, aim for the floor. Do not pass out on the table and all your gifts!

I think Debbie summed up what feeling pink and green means. Your swap goodies are to die for or take your breath away----You definitely had a great partner and how did she make all that so quick??? Lots of handmade stuff--my favorite the chandelier necklace---I hope you wear that garage sale hopping this weekend! And I don't know anything yet---I think I will know Monday---you will know as soon as I know!
