Rebecca's Vintage-ness...

I've been blessed by Rebecca...

Have you?

DSC_0249 (2)

The lucky ones may say Yes!

But you, maybe No?

I'll share my blessings with you...

Let's be blessed together  :)

DSC_0252 (2)

I'll share her beauty with you too,

I would be honored to do so.

DSC_0258 (2)

Vintage Living is her specialty...

God is her spirituality...

DSC_0253 (2)

So therefore,

there's no guess to where her beauty originates.

DSC_0254 (2)

She's as beautiful on the inside...

DSC_0265 (2)

As she is on the outside.

DSC_0261 (2)

And with that said,

One does not have to look far to see the whole package of...

DSC_0269 (2)

~ Rebecca Ersfeld for Vintage Living ~

I was "lucky" or shall we say "blessed" to receive one of her gorgeous handmade necklaces recently.

She's such a sweetheart.

I've been stalking Rebecca's blog for quite some time now. Her blog and her shop are both amazing and inspiring and so worth a visit if you've never been. There's only one drawback...you will certainly fall in love with her as much as I did. That's a promise ;)

I was at Theresa's Blog Party in Round Top this past Spring.

At one time, I stood there...right on the side of "The Beautiful Rebecca" and I never had the nerve to introduce myself to her.

I tell ya, that is at the top of my "most regretful moments" list.

So like all good stalkers do...

I photographed her instead ;)

Here she is to the left of my two sistas Anne and Robelyn...

DSC_0049 (2)

And here she is again (on the right) talking with Sweet Shelley and...and...and...

Anne! were you stalking Rebecca too????

Oh it's obvious you were...admit it girl!  ;)

Rebecca just defines STYLE!

I love her hair, her clothes, her purse, just everything!!!!  ;)

DSC_0053 (2)

You want to see something really desperate?

It didn't end at the party. no no.

I even whipped out my camera at the dinner table. Yep, I sure did. Gwen (French by Design) busted me but it was so worth it!!! She was looking at me like "What the heck are ya doing Jodie?"

Rebecca is on the far right near Jo Packham (sorry Jo for the full mouth shot) and across the table from Shelley.

DSC_0067 (3)

Dang.

I was that close.

Oh well.

At least I can say that I has dinner with Rebecca...

(and she didn't even know it) hahaha!

So back to the beautiful necklace above, it is one of my prized possessions and I will forever cherish it.

DSC_0269 (3)

Thank you Rebecca...

Next time I see you, I will certainly have the nerve to run up to you, introduce myself and...give you a big BIG hug.

Until then, I will remain...only a stalker ;)

Which reminds me. If any of you need a private investigator or if you would like me to do your stalking, just give me a call. I really think I'm pretty darn good at it. I have references and a list of people whom I stalk (with photos), so whenever you're ready... you know where to find me :)))

Your're doing so good stalking, Jodie! It doesn't look like Rebecca had the slightest idea that she was being watched and her picture taken. I'm wondering if you have a diploma on that ;-). Maybe you've missed your calling, girl! The necklace is beautiful!
I'm so glad that Oreo is doing better. Please give your little girl a big hug from auntie Julia!

I blush to admit that I have stalked a few people in my life - those I admired but was too shy to say hello to! You are so funny - I am sure Rebecca is flattered by your 'attention.' That necklace is gorgeous. I have to go visit her shop. She has fabulous style and a big heart. As do you, my friend.

That's what I like about blogging, I get to meet people from different parts of the world. And some of them are just jewels. As you said, "Beautiful on the outside as well on the inside".

But if ever, I think I would not have the courage too to approach someone I have known and admire through blog when I see her in person. So while a laugh a little at how you tell us about your experience, inside I felt the same LOL

What a great post. Of course, I enjoy all of your posts. I went to visit Rebecca and it looks like she's closing her brick and mortar store. :-( I wish it were close to me, because she appears to have some fabulous things and I'd love to meet her, too. LOL

Sounds like Oreo has a good caretaker.

Cheers!

Hi Jodie, my name is Rebecca. I was blog stalking and I found your wonderful blog. I really injoyed your post for new bloggers and wish I had something like it to read when I got started in the blog world. I was lucky I had a little computer knowledge. Your tip for clear stamp storage is great and I love your fliker photos. Fliker is something I would like to do some day but I am a little intimidated. I guess I just have to do it. Have a wonderful day.

Thank you Rebecca

My sassy little sissy Jodie,
Now how on earth did you score such a treasure from 'my' friend Rebecca?
It must have been a mistake, she knows were friends, she probably thought you were sending me more stuff I forgot to pack & thought you could just include it in the box. Oh well, I'll let you borrow it for awhile.
That Rebecca is so talented & so generous. I haven't had the opportunity to paparazzi her in the flesh like some stalkers, but we talk on occasion. When the kids are bleeding & the cops aren't here. I love her style too. I even took my copy of WWC to my hairdresser & asked her to give me Rebecca's cut. Don't tell her!!! I'd like her to be my personal shopper, of course I don't think she could find those blouses at Wally-World.
I'm so happy my little Oreo is doing better. Kennel Cough huh? Better than heart failure. I'd make Thad go kick that other vet in the behind for giving you such a shock!
I miss you bunches. The kids are having fun, well Philip is ready to be home, he wants his bed & his Wei. I got really sick in Breckenridge CO. Really needed to go to the hospital, I think I had altitude sickness. We'll be home Sunday. Love your Lisa Marie
